After a very long day of 'used' car shopping in the Allentown and Bethlehem area, we made a last ditch effort into Easton and visited Guru Auto World. The sales person/financial expert who helped us - Jay - was a breath of fresh air (and very patient with my cynical, and very tired, 'end of long day' attitude). He not only helped me obtain the car I REALLY wanted, but took the time to educate, in detail a not so car savvy customer. I'm talking everything from my car of choice mechanically to dealer considerations and most importantly bank considerations. My less than stellar credit (at the moment) was never viewed in a negative light - only as a challenge to deal with - and he did find me an exceptional loan rate, 4% better than a 'new' car dealership I visited earlier in the week for a near 'used' car sale. I highly recommend this establishment! Everyone I met there was very friendly and engaging - which I know has nothing to do with purchasing a vehicle, but means a lot to someone my age! Being a first time car buyer I was very impressed with the friendly and very helpful staff they have working there. Being a college student I was trying to get the best deal I could for my money. This was the best buying experience I ever had. My daughter and I purchased a loaded 2010 Kia Forte with low miles at a fantastic price. They were able to finance us at a rate lower than a local "big" dealer and never pressured us. Our salesperson was so sweet, she let us testdrive the car on our own,let her dinner get cold to help us and was as excited about my daughter loving the car as my daughter was. We felt like the entire dealership values thier customers being satified more than just making a sale. Even Jay, another salesperson there, went out in the pouring rain to the car to help us change the language on the bluetooth phone when we couldn't find it in the book. Calling several people and did not give up until he figured it out. The manager/owner was also friendly and very excited for my daughter, even taking a picture of her with her new car and offering to email it to her. This is a great dealership with really nice cars at very reasonable prices, they even offer service plans there. I can't wait to pay off the Kia so I can go back and purchase another car from them for myself.

I purchased a car at Guru Auto World in December 2011, and the team was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to understand my situation and worked with me in obtaining credit approval and a car to fit my needs. Even though my interest rate is high (due to my credit)they were able to offer me a better deal with a shorter term, than other dealerships. Since my purchase I had a few warning lights come on and they looked at my car promptly and took care of them. They also made good on replacing a broken part at the time of sale. I am very happy with my purchase and they made it an enjoyable experience!
